Got invited out for breakfast this morning. Its about 8 am and have about 350 calories left for the day.
Hhhmmmm...... I'm thinking today that coffee is going to become a food group...

Double cheeseburger and half the fries. Then she had 2 pancakes she didn't want and some syrup.
So yea...... If i eat later, I'm going to have to get creative lol. My BMR is around 3300 but trying to stay around 2300. So I have room if I just have to eat something but would rather not.
Damn it's going to be a long day.......
 
But it´s over now, right? You made it! I would eat burgers and fries for breakfast every day if I could do so without killing myself.
 
Hello everyone.

Been keeping busy over the last week or so. I did gain a few pounds over the thanksgiving holiday. It's nothing i'm too concerned about. Hell, life just gets in the way at times. My blood sugar levels are still normal so i have added carbs back into my diet. Very little raw sugar and whole wheat as much as possible. I'm keeping carbs below 200 but i may drop that back some if nothing happens with weight loss.

Steady blood sugar levels are very good news! Let´s see you drop that Thanksgiving weight (part of which is probably water anyway) and get on track for Christmas :)
 
Being busy sounds like maybe a good thing? When you first got on here it sometimes sounded like you had too little to do. You´re right though: mustn´t lose track of your health while being busy.
 
Hello all...
Holidays are gone and nothing special in the forcast so starting over because i was bad. Bad depression turned into whats the damn point. Anyhow..i know i have gained some back but really dont want to visit the scale. I'm back on a better for me food thing but yes there will be meat lol.
My classes started today so i have at least something to keep me occupied. Dusted off the food scale and the weight scale is missing. Ill get around to finding it.....eventually lol
