Day 56
Well phew thats over
The wedding was ok, not the best Ive been to but not the worst.
Im so proud of myself because I didnt do any negative self talk or care what people thought and I surprised myself by feeling very comfortable....this is a big win for me! I also didnt eat or drink too much!
So now its time to continue this journey and Im feeling sooooo positive. My next big event is early December and I have a dress in mind lets see if I can get there.

I have to see family today and tomorrows busy too so I probably wont have time to catch up on diaries.... Hope you're all doing well... Sending out some positive vibes to you all

Day 58
I very much enjoyed the 7 course lunch I had yesterday, an awesome treat. Now to get back on track today. I didnt sleep very well and am glad Im not working so I will get some grocery shopping done and some housework
 
Ohhh what was the food you had? 7 courses sounds lovely :p
Im vegetarian so I was special- really hard to describe but dishes included lots of different veggies tofu grains and there was a pre dessert before dessert- I didnt know there was such a thing!!!
Meat eaters had things like duck cod(fish) lamb etc

Day 59
Im going to buy sushi for lunch because I havent cooked yet like I usually do. Wil get organised after work.
Its funny I can tell Ive eaten too much over the last couple of days because my face looks rounder- was always the plan to have an indulgent weekend so all good
Because of this Im not expecting the best weigh in but should at least stay the same as last week.
My next event is in 25 days- I have a countdown in my phone- so I will try to be under 72kg by then

Pre-dessert? That's the best thing I've ever heard of in my life.
 
That pre-dessert looks like it would be a yummy, perfectly portioned dessert for me. Very yummy!
 
Day 60
Im so glad im doing this diary. It helps me stop and think and appreciate the value of each day. Today I will go for a nice walk before work as the weather is lovely and cook dinner before I go to work too.
 
I'm glad that you are enjoying doing your diary too. It was a beautiful day here too xo
 
Day 61
So its an "interesting" time in the world. Im going to hope for the best and see how things pan out.
goals for today- get some washing done
Cook a healthy dinner
Go for a walk
Think positive
 
Day 62
Ive been so lazy this week cooking. I ended up having canned soup and toast for dinner which is fine but I really need to cook.
Only goal for today is cook!
 
Day 63
Time to get ready for work but cant be bothered. I did cook my dinner but weigh in is tomorrow and Im pretty certain I will either have stayed the same or put on weight as I have had a very relaxed week. Not too concerned because I know Ill keep going, I wont give up just because of one lazy week.

Goal today get to work on time! And eat clean
 
A relaxed week can be a good thing- especially as you're committed to picking things up again and moving forward :)
