Day 69
Just when I thought I was getting better the cough took a turn and kept me awake til 4 so day off sick for me. I feel so tired so I'm going to go to the doctors for a certificate and rest up with lots of lemon and ginger tea. Until tomorrow....
 
Day 70
Still didnt sleep much but getting better.
Looking forward to getting the meals I ordered tomorrow I hope they're as good as the sound. Weigh in tomorrow...
 
Day 71
Weigh in same as last week 75kg.
I feel disappointed that Ive wasted the last 2 weeks. I know Ive been sick this week but I couldve done better. Im hoping having meals this week helps get me back on track. Theres no way I can meet my goal by Christmas this year but I can still do well if I refocus.
Feeling really flat
Today will be a good day. I have to make it a good day
I will eat clean
I will get some housework done
I will make an exercise plan for this week
 
Next year´s Christmas will come. Easter will come. Birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations will come. And even on mundane days you will feel better when you eat healthily and exercise a bit. So don´t get too stuck on the end of December. You can do this!
 
Day 71
Weigh in same as last week 75kg.

There's not really a lot you can do when you get sick so don't beat yourself up over it. If you can't meet your goal by Christmas, so what? Factor in your illness and give yourself an extension of a week or two to meet your goal. It's not your fault you became sick, you know?

You can do it.

Thanks guys, was just feeling a bit down and out yesterday, more positive today.
Ate clean yesterday and doing the same today. Its too hot to exercise- not sure if it will cool down later. Meals came had one lastnight was yum and healthy!

Sunflower-i hadnt done my exercise plan but then I saw that comment from you and did it straight away. Thanks!

Day 73
Bit tight for time so ill be quick. Yesterday was good didnt exercise because it was too hot, very happy its cooled down today. Feeling positive and thankful today of all the good in my life
 
Day 75
Had a fantastic sleep yay.
I have 1 appointment today and the rest free so today is whatever I want it to be.
Maybe a relaxed walk, cook something new.
My only aim for today is to keep moving all day
 
Day 76
Busy day today. I am visiting my parents this weekend- they live far away, but I have cooked healthy meals and usually go for nice walks there. I wont weigh in until Monday. Ive woken up early today which is very convenient as I need to wash my hair- I am not a morning person and would usually be struggling to get out of bed so this is a nice bonus today.
 
Hi Katy. Wow, Melbourne sure was hot on Monday! What a storm you had! Hope you have a lovely time with your parents xo
 
Day 79
Gah forgot to weigh myself thismorning, will do it tomorrow.
Weekend was fairly good, today has been excellent so far. I got the meals again this week but ordered lunches instead of dinners because they sounded nice and I just had a vegan caesar salad and it was sooooo frickin good!!!
