"Quite terrible" is when I eat half a kilo of chocolate (2800 kcal) and two family sized bags of chips (another 2000 or so) on top of my normal meals, then collapse on the couch1944 all in while going to the gym is not a great day but it won´t actually make you gain weight. So pick yourself up again, don´t worry about it and make tomorrow count!
thanks lol i was feeling bad because i wasnt expecting to have that and i ate the whole thing, which after i felt was unnecessary but it was delicious
