Ahh I gotcha. Yeah, I didn't even really think about the quality of cheese they use. I'm sure it is processed crap. Good call on that, stick to natural cheese, and as he said, in moderation!

This is the opposite of what I said. I said not to be picky. Also, I view eating as something to be enjoyed, not just a biological function.
Also by processed I mean such as pre-packed turkey and chicken slices for example, as opposed to a fresh chicken which has been killed, cooked and then carved. I have always just known that as "processed" meat. If there is an actual name for it let me know so I can use the right term in the future. I am not arguing here but if there is a proper term for this please tell me and I can use it properly.
No, that would be processed meat. However, most of us don't kill our own meat, and even cooking is a form of processing.
All cheese is processed.
4 x Turkey Sandwiches on Brown bread with a glass of milk
A Bannana and a Apple.
Gee thanks scientist, I was simply trying to differentiate between say velveeta and a decent block cheese from the supermarket.
Right today for lunch I had had the following.
4 x Turkey Sandwiches on Brown bread with a glass of milk
A Bannana and a Apple.
( I use to have McDonalds or Burger King Before lol )
Also all day i have been drinking water instead of coke zero.
Is this all ok?
I need to work on getting veggis into my diet next![]()

Although you probably think you are giving us a lot of information, you aren't. First, we have no idea what "brown bread" is, or what it's nutritional information is. Also, how much turkey meat is contained in each sandwich? Any condiments? Four sandwiches for lunch seems excessive.
People here are happy to help you, but you need to give detailed information. I suggest writing down everything that passes your lips, including the amount and nutritional information. The more information you can provide, the better the advice you will receive.
I am posting more info as you asked Tanizaki

That sounds like a personal problem.
