Hi there I have stopped eating at Mc Donalds which is great and started to exercise and I have started martial arts.
I have been drinking coke zero alot is this ok?
Also I eat Subway Sandwiches. I have a 12" Sub with heated chicken and cheese with lettuce with a packet of crisps is this ok?
I have also started eating fruit as well.
Also I have switched from white bread to brown bread is that good?
Any advise would be great
