I didn't run today, since I ran yesterday. My time yesterday was 28:04 but I also walked like and extra 15 minutes.
Today on my way to the park I was running a little late, so i'm almost getting there (i'm on the road that it's on). So there's an eighteen wheeler going in front of me like going at 10 mph in a 40 mph zone with it's emergency lights on and it's a two lane road. I wanted to go around it but there's cars coming from the other direction, there's finally a little clearance and I see a car in the distance coming but I think I can beat it. I pull around the eighteen wheeler and get in front of it. I end up at the park and I get off and start walking on the sidewalk toward the trail. Now, the eighteen wheeler is getting there and i'm thinking "finally it's driving faster". And he pulls off to the side although there's not a lot of room in the first place. The guy gets off and crosses the street toward me and i'm thinking "this guy wants to fight", so I start walking toward him and before he reaches me, he pulls out a paper out of his pocket and asks me for directions to a distribution center and i'm like "you passed it 2 exits ago" and I explained to him how to get back on the interstate and how to get there. I thought it was hilarious at the time. haha
I lost exactly a pound last week, I wish it could have been two. But i'll take it, and try again this week. I'm like a 1.4ish away from my hs grad weight and around 6.5 from where I got stuck last year. I'm hoping I can reach this and surpass it in the next 5 weeks.
