Breakfast: protein shake smoothie made with a banana and raspberries (400kcal) - this was SO filling!
Lunch: sardines in tomato sauce with salad (300kcal)
Dinner: lamb Irish stew (600kcal)
Dessert: yogurt (80kcal)
Total: 1380kcal

Hopefully I can keep my count low today to make up for yesterday a little :)
 
Breakfast: 2 weetabix with water (lol no milk :() and a banana (250kcal)
Lunch: soup and a wholemeal turkey sandwich with salad (400kcal)
Snack: too much chocolate (400kcal) - I'm ashamed!
Dinner: chicken biryani (650kcal)
Dessert: grapes and yogurt (100kcal)
Total: 1800kcal

Not a great day but it's alright, I shall do better tomorrow - onwards and upwards etc :)
 
I was on about 1800 yesterday >.< Why must we keep doing this to ourselves!! Hope both of us have a better day tomorrow!!
 
Well, the next day wasn't much better, I had chips and mince in the dining hall and a fairly calorific cottage pie for tea.

However, yesterday I massively underate because I was just feeling so crummy/sad (blaming it on hormones). I don't think I even managed 1000kcals. I don't feel that much better today but I'm going to try to eat more.

Breakfast: large banana (140kcal)
Snack: some sliced yellow pepper (20kcal)
Lunch: tomato and lentil soup, turkey sandwich on wholewheat bun with salad and a clementine (450kcal)
Dinner: wholewheat pasta with a olive and tomato sauce, served with salad (500kcal)
Dessert: cup of tea and a kitkat 150kcal
Total: 1260kcal

12 stone 9 this morning! Woop! Only 5lbs to go until I'm at my pre-xmas weight - about bloody time!!

Lunch: aero chocolate bar (not much time, not great I know! 230kcal)
Dinner: pork, potatoes and onions with braised red cabbage and peas (850kcal)
Dessert: yogurt and clementine (180kcal)
Total calories: 1380kcal

My calories today are a total estimate because I didn't weigh anything! Though I'm feeling content and very full after a GIANT dinner :)

Wow so yesterday was very decadent!!

The 16th marked 2 years with my wonderful boyfriend and we celebrated in style! We had an AMAZING afternoon tea at a posh department store (little finger sandwiches, 2 gorgeous scones each with clotted cream and jam and three little cakes EACH)... man, it was lush!

And then we went to the cinema and didn't eat anything there because we were stuffed! Watched Rio, which was good but no 'Up' and then we had thai green curry, pad thai and egg fried rice at a restaurant nearby. It was such a lovely day and totally worth the 3lbs I've put on since haha.

Today will be low low low cal I hope, to make up for yesterday's blow out.

Breakfast: protein shake (200kcal)
Snack: coffee with milk (80kcal)
Lunch: wholemeal roll, hummus and salad with a little olive oil dressing (400kcal) kitkat (100kcal)
Dinner: skinless chicken breast roasted with aubergine, courgette and peppers (400kcal) kitkat (100kcal)
Total: 1280kcal

Pleased with my calories today :)

It is great you had a good day, you have been making good progress and a nice day out in moderation is not going to hurt your effort. :)

Back again! I've finished my tour of england and I'm back in my cosy flat, with my fella, and I'm raring to get back into some healthy eating/exercise.

My weight is really high at the moment (13stone4), sigh! I'm hoping it's largely salt/time of the month but I think I've gotta be honest and admit a couple of lbs is probs pure chocolate!

Anyway I'll write more tomorrow :)
