Breakfast: protein shake smoothie made with a banana and raspberries (400kcal) - this was SO filling!
Lunch: sardines in tomato sauce with salad (300kcal)
Dinner: lamb Irish stew (600kcal)
Dessert: yogurt (80kcal)
Total: 1380kcal
Hopefully I can keep my count low today to make up for yesterday a little
