I'm a newbie and wanted to make some friends on here!
I'm gonna start a diary on here....just trying to work it out!
Have been writing things down last 2 days as I have a tendency to binge when stressed but I'm off work....so not stressed!lol.
Can I ask you how you put weight on in the first place?I think if we tackle the why then it stops relapses and helps you identify trigger moments and helps you avoid them ot deal with them differently.
And what is the time difference where you are?it's 8pm in UK.

:O But wait for it I'm finally in the 134s!! I'm so happpy that I've finally broken that barrier, I thought that one pound was never gunna shift but now it has I know I can do this!
