Keep working on it POJO. When I started weightlifting in December I could only max 100 Pounds. Now I'm doing 130. I love working out, It builds self confidence when you see improvement.
I think I'm gonna switch up my routine now. I read this in a Sparq magazine:
If you wanna be slow, train slow.If you wanna be fast, train fast. Football is a "explosive sport" so you should explode in your exercises. You should super-set core lifts (12 reps, 3 sets) into a plyometric exercise. (plyometrics are exploding movements in weight lifting, but in a controlled speed of course). I dont know what do you all think of this.

I could take 85% of my 1 rep max and do a 5X5 program with 1 minute 30 second rest between sets. I will do the last set till failure, if I get past 5 reps then I'll add 5 pounds to the bench. Will this work.
