A little tired, but got up at 6 15 am and got on the NT for 35 min!

So far pretty busy at work. The dr. ran late, so I was rushed at lunch- ran to bank, then to store to get the dog a collar. So, ate some rice cakes in the car and stopped for a fat free/sugar free frozen yogurt.

Thursday April 3rd

I'm proud of myself! Even tho my original plan is to work out M,W,F cardio, I woke up at 6:15 and got another 35 min in today, and still plan to do it again tomorrow. My strength routine is Tue/Thur and I will do that when I get home tonight.

I told myself only step on the scale once week on weigh in day (Mon), but I peeked today, and it is down!

We are on the track, baby!

10:00pm- Wow what an evening . .. /sigh. Work ran late, rushed home then 20 min later back out to get DD hair cut. After than ran to the new chinese place to order food, exchanged a movie and back to the restaurant, but food still not ready- took 45 minutes!!! Didnt get home to eat till @8:30pm. Then I had to cook the ribs that were in the fridge. But as promised to myself, I did get my strngth routine done, albeit at 930 at night! Since friday, I have been committed to washing my face/taking make-off off and moisturizing. I hope to make this a habit! So far havent missed a day!

Oh, and I posted my challenge- so far 4 signed up! Trying to talk brother into joining the forum and my challenge too!

Wow early bird you CONGRATS!! I have trouble working out early
but getting better I went from working out at 6pm-10 pm
to 11 am -4 pm so not early but earlier haha.Anyway your doing

Friday April 4th

Man was I tired this morning, but still got up and hopped on that NT- 30min. Probably going out for lunch with girls at work- I'm hoping for a salad and soup, as it's one of those rainy, chilly days. Don't really want to because I'm cold, I started on my water bottle, but would rather have anotehr cup of coffee!

2 pm- A little stressed: sister in law called and discussed a few "issues" related to the estates, like taxes, the car is now un-insured, life insurance etc. Then, while dealing with that, while I'm supposed to be working, I get a call from school because my youngest is running a fever. So, I had to finish a few things at work, then bolt out to get her from school. I decided to stay home with her and tackle the house as I never got to it yesterday, and hopefully still have time to work on some of these "issues" related to Mom & Dad.

Monday April 7th

Week 2 of Self Challenge, Day ONE for my own created Memorial Day Challenge. I'm really excited and motivated for the weeks to come as I expect to look and feel better about myself for my birthday which is right around Memorial Day.

Did lose this week, but not much= .o6 but a loss is a loss so I'm ok with it.

I got up and knocked out the exercise 1st thing, which I am proud of because today is a day off and usually I put it off till later but then it becomes more of a chore looming over my head. This way its done and out of the way.

2pm: So I just got back from shopping for a dress for the Anniversary thing. Not as bad as I thought it would be, but still frustrating to try on so many thing and they are too tight, or too big . . thanks mostly to my 38DD chest. I did end up purchasing 2 dresses at DressBarn that I like- they are both a wrap style dress with the v neck, as that is supposed to be flattering for a big chest. One is a pattern with white/black and turquoise, the other is black, grey and cream and would go better with hubby's suit. They were on sale buy 1, get $10 off 2nd and the tag for each was only $40 anyway- so got both.

Way to go Yarmiah on getting the exercise done first thing. I am soooo not a morning person so I usually get all my exercises in after the kids go to bed. Or at one of my classes in the evening.
And your right .6 is nothing to sneeze at. It shows that you have been applying yourself and that it is paying off.
Think of it biggest loser style. Not such a big loss this week but most likely a bigger number will be waiting for you next Monday.

The dog in the avatar is the breed of my dog(Australian Shepherd), but not my Finnegan. My pup is a black tri color, as opposed to the blue merle in the avatar. I may try to figure out how to make my pic the avatar at a later date tho.


I did change the avatar . . that IS my pup Finnegan . . when he was a puppy, hes now 3yrs old

Kinda of a "blah" day. Yesterday evening was a rough one, I was missing Mom & Dad alot.

On a good note, found out that youngest daughter will be having a recital for her Irish Step Dancing. She really likes it and is excited - she has been taking lessons for 2 years now.

I hve yet to get my strngth exercises done, but wont be a problem gettin them in.
