Well I am back to the forum after a long hiatus
Lots of life changes. I was previously under the username pink clouds, but the login problems on that ID were more than I could handle...so I started this one.
I believe the last time I was here my lowest weight was 280 or something like that. Well since I left I gained 14lbs after getting married but before getting pregnant, making my pre-pregnancy weight 294. I really ate healthy during my pregnancy and my highest weight was 312. After delivery of a beautiful and healthy boy, my weight was 295....to my relief
I gained one true pound and the rest was all baby
. Since then I've lost another 22lbs...and probably still more because I have not weighed myself in about a month.
My plan of attack was to cook more instead of eating out at restaurants, and to have healthier alternatives to sweets, soft drinks and other foods unhealthy for me. I'm also super busy with the baby and am about ready to begin exercising.
I plan on joining some of the competitions here for fun, but I do not want to get too scale crazy just yet. Maybe I'll put up a ticker or something...just not sure which weight to start it at, my current or post pregnancy weight. Any suggestions? See ya next update

. Well I did not mean to paint him in a bad light. He is a great husband and wonderful father. He is also very supportive and I love him very much--he even made me some low fat low calorie salad dressing this morning because I told him about the cereal and that I may have to eat salads, but I didn't buy salad dressing because of the fat and calories. He's not overweight. He saw a picture of me at 200 and worries that if I lose more I will be too thin, it's just his preference of what is attractive. He wants me to be healthy as well, but neither of us think that being overweight makes you a bad mom or is not a good example for your children. We both hope to raise our son with respect for people regardless of their size. I also know some really super overweight moms. I guess I should have explained more!
you must be like me then Mizzie, you look thinner than you are. This is the exact same reason my husband is afraid of me going under 200
