I have lost if before and regained 20 pounds that I really do not need. It use to be easy to lose it in my 20's but now in the beginning of my 30's I am feeling the weight does not budge that easily.
Plan of action
1. salad a day!!!! I figure that will eliminate any issues with over eating
2. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner plus snacks
3. Working out!!! I will workout everyday for the next 30 days!!!I do not care I need not make any excuses. I will do a dvd, go to the gym, or go running. Push ups and situps count as long as it at least 20 minutes everyday.I guess this will give me a reason to leave the house.
4. Track my meals either on here or fitday
5.Do not let my husband sway me.
6 Weight myself everyday. When I avoid the scale I tend to have pounds creep up on me and ignore the purple elephant in the middle of the room.I need to take accountability.

I want to go running tomorrow hoping the ice is not on the street in the morning if it is I will go to the gym!

but I did control my self since they are high in calories so that was all that I ate for the entire day spread out of course.I drank my water and lots of green tea as well. Hoping for a better meal plan today.
I was so pissed. I hopped on the treadmill and did a little over 5 kilometers then went walking in the cold-BURRR and picked up some fresh fruits and veggies. I am going to hop into the shower then make a nice lunch of salad and salmon with a yogurt and chop up some fruits for snacks.
is this what I let my body turn into. So lots of water and working out is the minimum.
