Yeah I feel like that more and more, that we're both just paying lip service to the relationship now a days.

I think inevitably we will drift apart; we have few friends in common any more and, although she lives in the same city as me, there aren't many reasons for me to see her on a regular basis.

Overall, I feel like I've really grown out of what we used to have. The foundation of our friendship was largely the bad habits we had in common back in the day and that's not a great thing to base any relationship on! Especially when I don't personally like who I was back then.

Anyway, so today went ok. I ate alright but not brilliantly. I've really gotta do some weights at some point but I'm being pretty lazy exercise wise. I hope I can be at least back down to 12 stone 11 by next tuesday though!

Going to have a good day today! Low cals and I'm going for a bike ride when I get back from the hospital.
 
Breakfast: 2 weetabix with semi skim milk 200kcal
Lunch: mushroom soup, cup of tea and a club biscuit 400kcal
Snack 1: petit filou 50kcal
Snack 2: small banana 100kcal
Dinner: irish stew 750 kcal
Total: 1500kcal

I wasn't that good last night, I had 2 more petit filous and a biscuit afterwards...

And today I had fish goujons from the cafe for lunch, but I have done a lot of walking today so hopefully it'll cancel out a little.

I'm having home made chicken goan curry tonight :)

Oh yeah and I weighed back in at 12 stone 11 this morning, so that's good!

I haven't checked in for awhile!

I have to say, that wow, that does seem quite dramatic! Girls are funny, eh? They can become so territorial over a guy they just kind of like, and take any action to be a betrayal against them. I think you're smart distancing yourself. You don't want to let her get ahold of your relationship and put a damper in it.

Wow! i was reading the walking and swimming you're doing- that's fantastic!! I'm not sure I could walk back and forth to school for over an hour! I think I would get bored! hehehe!

I've been a little off the last few days but I'm not so fussed. I'm totally going to kick my diet's ass tomorrow, I have decided :)

It's not an hour each time, it's about 40 minutes walk each way so that's 1hr20mins total. I try to walk it rather than get the bus but sometimes it's hard to resist, especially if I woke up late!
