Thanks for the enthusiasm Tik! The leaping went great. I went on a 20minute run and I was so pleased that I did it. Yay. I'm planning on having a wee run on mondays, wednesdays and fridays if I can and maybe put strength training back into my routine on tuesdays and thursdays.
But I'm not going to put too much pressure on myself to be exact. I just want to be making steps towards getting back to healthier habits, even if they're small.
So food has been alright today, although I haven't had dinner yet or the scrambled egg so I've got that to look forward to, yummers.
Breakfast: 2 weetabix and skim milk 200kcal
Lunch: ham salad sandwich and 2 clementines 300kcal
Snack: handful of crisps and a 1/4 egg mayo sandwich approx 150kcal
Dinner: nuked potato, beans and cheddar 500kcal
Snack: 2 scrambled eggs on brown bread 300kcal
Totals: 1450kcal
And I've drank loads of water

just another 500mls until my 2L goal now.
Not much else to report except.... YAY THE WEEKEND!!! Have a good one everyone xx
