OK so the food has been crap lately. Been eating big portions still and not great choices.

I really don't know what I'm gonna do with myself. I keep on thinking and planning to change but not initiating things. I really got to just get back to it.

I really want to start running in the morning but every time I just press my alarm and go back to sleep haha.

Argh why am I being so useless!!?!

End of rant :(
 
I feel your pain my lovely. Why don't both of us promise to do a walk today or tomorrow? Go out for 30 mins with some music. I'll even text you to remind you if you give me your number! We need to get motivated woman! We want to be hotter than we already are for Summer! Eating may feel good but we both know that we feel disappointed in ourselves afterwards and that is going to do nothing for self-esteem!

Come on girlie, lets snap out of it and get our butts exercisingggg! (Or at least eating less! :p) xxxxxxx *hugs*

The biggest obstacle in our way, is ourselves!

I find getting out and going to the gym for the work out the hardest part of the whole darn thing!

To make sure I go- whenever I think about going, or that I have to go, I get up, get my workout stuff on, and leave! I don't give myself time to think about not doing it!!

In the morning when my alarm goes off, before I think about turning it off and going back to sleep, I jump up, and get going! i know if I hesitate for a second, I'm done! LOL

you can do it girlie! Look at all that you've accomplished so far :)
 
One of the worst feelings is when you want to be motivated but you're not!!
You can do it though :)

Anyway ... I pressed the back space and it deleted my post... so I gotta type things again

Breakfast: espresso
Lunch: beef salad sandwich and low fat yogurt 400kcal
Snack: ham salad sandwich and 2 clementines 450kcal
Dinner: chicken stir fry 300kcal
Dessert: raspberry, fat free bio yogurt and agar syrup smoothie 100kcal
Total: 1250kcal

So as you can see I had a good day FINALLY!! Well done me *pat on the back* if I say so myself.

PLUS I have done about 1hr20 mins of walking/power walking because I set off late this morning haha so I got some exercise in.

Tomorrow I'm deffo going to leap out of bed, on Tik's advice, and go for a walk/jog/run in the morning. I'm even going to lay out my work out clothes so I have no excuses but to get going!

Han - we should swap numbers anyway because it'd be great to have someone to text in dieting/exercise emergencies haha :)

Anyway so yeah I'm feeling very cheerful now I've got some mojo back. I'm not going to say I hope I say on track because I WILL stay on track!

I agree with redpiggy...unfortunately until you are in the headspace, there's nothing we can say to help cos you want it more than any of us for yourself. However, I will be here cheerleading for you whether you are on or off your healthy eating and exercise regime. All I can do is reiterate what the other girls have said and remind you of how amazing it feels to see the numbers going down and feeling those jeans getting looser. Come on girl...get those running shoes on lol. P.S totally agree with what sunflower said...if you want 24/7 support, let's swap numbers x

You're getting an awesome amount of cardio in! I need to take some lessons from you! 1h20min of power walking! Awesome!! I need to up myself to those levels :)

Congrats on the low cal!! WOW! that's fantastic! You should be proud that you're sticking to that diet! You're TOTALLY going to see changes in no time!!! With that much exercise, and those little calories- WOWZA!! The weight will be dripping off of ya ;)

Thanks for the enthusiasm Tik! The leaping went great. I went on a 20minute run and I was so pleased that I did it. Yay. I'm planning on having a wee run on mondays, wednesdays and fridays if I can and maybe put strength training back into my routine on tuesdays and thursdays.

But I'm not going to put too much pressure on myself to be exact. I just want to be making steps towards getting back to healthier habits, even if they're small.

So food has been alright today, although I haven't had dinner yet or the scrambled egg so I've got that to look forward to, yummers.

Breakfast: 2 weetabix and skim milk 200kcal
Lunch: ham salad sandwich and 2 clementines 300kcal
Snack: handful of crisps and a 1/4 egg mayo sandwich approx 150kcal
Dinner: nuked potato, beans and cheddar 500kcal
Snack: 2 scrambled eggs on brown bread 300kcal
Totals: 1450kcal

And I've drank loads of water :D just another 500mls until my 2L goal now.

Not much else to report except.... YAY THE WEEKEND!!! Have a good one everyone xx

Lunch: big salad with carrot, green pepper, ham, cheese and mayo 500kcal
Snack: wholemeal bread, low fat spread and jam 170kcal
Snack: slice of cake, some sweeties and some cake mix haha.. who know show much?
Dinner: left over mince and baked beans (500kcal??)
Total: 1170 + cake calories ?

So today was not great but to be honest it was better than it could have been. I made a cake for a friend so I had a fair bit of cake mix/icing and then I had a slice but it wasn't huge. I also had one or two sweeties at the cinema but nothing else (maybe like 10 max), I was really tempted to go to Nandos afterwards but resisted and had beans and mince when I got back.

Soooo I don't think it was much of a deficit day but it probably wasn't a gain day - fingers crossed. I'll be better tomorrow :)
 
My legs are aching from my run on Friday so I think I might go for a swim or at least a long walk tomorrow. And then try the running again on Monday morning. I'll do my best to fit in some kind of exercise tomorrow. Hope your's goes well luvvie x

Ok so today has been ok-ish so far...

Breakfast: ham salad sandwich and 2 clementines (350kcal)
Snack: various bits and bobs of chocolate (250kcal)... tsk tsk!
Lunch: carrot and coriander soup (130kcal)
Dinner: homemade lean pork meatballs in a tomato sauce with wholewheat pasta (approx 600kcal)
Total: 1330 kcal
 
glad to see you eating healthy again. I reckon a little dose of chocolate is good for ya hehe. Maybe not for your health but for your motivation...if you give up everything you become miserable. I have these little choccy trifle pots which are less than 200cals every so often to give me a fix, or snack size marsbars which are 80cals each...bargain! Only trouble with those is, you buy them in a big bag of 20 and they soon disappear hehe. You reckon you've lose much for week one of the challenge? I think I'll stay the same, which after my loss last week...I'm pretty happy with. Anywho, enjoy the rest of your weekend pretty lady xx
