I never realized that I was almost obese at my highest weight (171 lbs.) I guess I never considered that. I must have looked horrible. I still look horrible. Can't wait until I get to my goal weight. Geez... curse my mom for giving me a Christmas stocking filled with *chocolate* this year! I told her not to! 
I actually had a piece this morning. So naughty of me. I hate myself. I probably gained 10 pounds. Guess that counts as my snack... and I didn't even enjoy it. Won't be doing that again.
I danced, jump roped, kickboxed, you name it... for about 145 minutes this morning, if my addition is correct (let me get out my calculator, hehe!) Probably didn't even burn off that piece of evil chocolate
