Hey- dino- I have that exact look with my stomach too- infact I am being refered to a gastoentreologist as a result of it.
I saw many doctors who all said different things, one said fat, (despite the fact that at the time I was actually full blown anorexic, BMI 15) another said IBS which I don't think it is- the pills advised did nothing, another said "it was normal" well I don't call being asked if I am 6 months gone normal! Another thought I was pregnant despite me saying I was not and packed me off for a scan... I even saw a personal trainer who told me it could not be fat, he was unable to pinch and move it in the same way fat could be pinched and moved. He was sure it was a parasite and to get a blood test done.
It was after this test I saw a locum who refered me to a gastoentreologist.
I would say go to your doctor, rule out anything serious, it does not look like fat it looks like what I have. It could be anything, a cyst, bloating from gas: do you eat alot of vegetables? am asking as if you are it could be your body trying to digest it and doing so very slowly. You see when you eat low amounts of calories, your body slows down everything it can to conserve these calories- it thinks there is a famine on. It also slows down its digestion. As a result your body holds onto not just every calorie it can, but every gram of food it can and does so very vividly.
You need to (if you are eating them) cut down on your veggies and fruit. Eat more complex carbs and protein to make sure your eating a balanced diet. Sleep well (8 hours) and always make sure you stretch well.
I am making guesses and assumptions here so do correct me if I am wrong but as it looks just so similar to me I'd say please go to the doctor, get a blood test, rule out any dietery problems like allergyes or intollerances, parasites, or deficiencies (apologies for the really bad spelling there!) but I don't think it looks like fat. Its normally more evenly spread around the abdomen (ie the back, the upper back, the chest) rather then soley the front of the stomach.
Hope you get somewhere with it.
