I bought a 34 oz/1000 mL water bottle (too bad it doesn't fit in my elliptical water bottle holder), and fill it up and drink it for lunch. If I finish, I re-fill it and drink some more and it does the job!
I often have a problem as to WHEN to drink and I think sometimes I don't drink enough. When I wake up in the morning, my mouth is utterly dry and I know it's because I didn't drink enough water before I went to bed! So I think drinking a few glasses before hitting the sack is a great idea and will probably solve the problem. I also have a problem when it comes to exercising - they say to drink before you get thirsty, and that's hard for me, so I just drink it periodically throughout the workout.
Thank you all for the good info on water! I never knew...
