I feel that drinking lots of water has helped in my weight loss. I drink 2-4 liters a day. My boyfriend has also been drinking lots of water and has lost 45lbs. Of course, we have both been watching our calories and exercising, but I know that the water is helping too. I don't mind the extra trips to the bathroom(when I'm not home, it's not my toilet paper that is getting used up
). I noticed that I also get thirsty in the middle of the night(it is very hot in my third floor apartment at night), so I usually drink 15oz before bed. My kittens have me up most of the night anyway, so I don't mind the potty trips
