I'm 5'2" and my goal is 115 lbs. I think that might be a bit lower than I should go but it is within the healthy BMI range. Once I start to lose I will see how it goes and when I start to feel good about myself. I think it's more about how you feel than an actual # on the scale. Plus like Asylum confirmed, muscle weighs more than fat, so weight isn't always the best measurement, it's just the easiest.
