I'm 5'0 ( lost 2 inches from weightloss) And for me I would actually say 125lbs is good. I know according to BMI I should be around like 90-100lbs. But 125 feels right. For you, I would say when you feel strong and confident. Weight is really just numbers that give you a round-about. But I'd maybe say 140 anyhow.( even at 140 i looked fine and I'm three inches shorter.)
 
I'm 5'2" and my goal is 115 lbs. I think that might be a bit lower than I should go but it is within the healthy BMI range. Once I start to lose I will see how it goes and when I start to feel good about myself. I think it's more about how you feel than an actual # on the scale. Plus like Asylum confirmed, muscle weighs more than fat, so weight isn't always the best measurement, it's just the easiest.
