When to take...

If you were taking Protein, Creatine, Multivitamin, and WeightGainer all in 1 day whats the best time for each?
 
weightgainer post workout - with 3-5g creatine added.

take your multi-vit in the morning with first meal, or second meal.

consume 20-40g of protein at every meal. protein shakes make great 'snack' foods, and help you from feeling too full.

only thing i'll add is try not to do a protein shake in water by itself as a meal. have some carbs or fat with it or both, whatever floats your boat :cool:
 
yeah, I shoulda mentioned that. I tend to have a banana, apple, packet of oatmeal..something like that, with my shakes. If you track where your calories come from, and find a shortage of fat in your diet (no really, this is easy to do if you do a lot of protein shakes and clean eating), you can add natural peanut butter to a shake, or some flaxseed oil. they contain Essential Fatty Acids, and will slow the digestion of the protein...handy if you only have fast digesting whey protein.
 
at my grocery store...all of them here carry it, in creamy and chunky. its normally in the dairy case by the butter, since it must be kept refridgerated.

I think Jiff or Skippy even has an all natural peanut butter...but I haven't scoped it out.
 
yea, i buy smuckers. i want to get my hands on some almond butter for a change of pace. whenever i can find some. :(
