Whatever it takes to lose this tire!

Still sick, blech. I tried to get some calories.

Half cup of Brown rice and some light vegetable beef soup for lunch.
And I had some chili for dinner (canned, easy cals). About 800 calories (rounded up).
1 Gatorade and a half. My fiance swears by them when were sick, electrolytes or something.
 
Haha thanks. I think they might be working, I'm starting to feel better. Went to my fiance's parents for dinner today for some get together for her bday, and I ate some delicious food, but I did limit myself.

I had 3 packages of oatmeal for breakfast (130 cals ea) and half a banana.
For dinner I had 1 pulled pork sandwich (SO hard to only have 1, it was delicious!) Some Caesar salad with light dressing, and some mixed roasted potatoes and vegetables. Oh yeah, and a small piece of homemade chocolate birthday cake.
 
Slept a lot after work. It was a holiday, so it was so easy going. (Family day) only worked half a day.

I had some cabbage rolls for lunch, made by my mom. Mmmm.

My fiance made me some breakfast for dinner. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns.
 
Haha yeah. I love to nap. :)

The last 2 cabbage rolls for lunch, and a tuna sandwich.
2 tacos for dinner. Lettuce, cheese, beef, salsa, multigrain wraps.
A 120 calorie vitamin water, and about 200 calories of blueberry juice.

6 inch turkey sub on 9 grain bread from subway. ( pickles, onions, lettuce, light mayo, honey mustard. And a coffee with 3 sugars for lunch.
Half cup of brown rice, chicken breast and yellow string beans for dinner.
 
Worked really hard today.. My shoulders and arms are killing me lol. Hmm.. it seems like this same work used to be easier before when I was fatter. Strange.

Thanks a bunch :) I'm so happy to finally notice some changes in myself. I don't really like how my front butt thing is looking funny... I'm so self concious of that area. Blech. My ink isn't quite done yet, but I'm glad you like it. I'm getting it finished after I'm done with the bulk of my weight loss journey.

So.. today was my birthday. I had to work it, but oh well. That's ok lol. I might have eaten a tad more unhealthy than normal today, again okay. :).

1 and a half turkey and cranberry sauce sandwiches on whole wheat. Half of a coconut water drink (60 cals) and a soy latte (110 cals) for lunch.

Went out for dinner.

Iced tea (1 glass) 5 alarm burger (beef) not sure ingredients. I had the house salad with Italian dressing. Me and my fiance split a piece of chocolate cake after. I had way less than half.

I also had a glass of orange juice in the morning which I forgot about.
 
Pretty good birthday weekend. Didn't necessarily eat healthy, but I didn't eat alot.

Throughout the weekend...

2 glasses of apple juice, 2 of orange.
2 cups of coffee with 3 sugars
A Grande soy latte from Starbucks.
A medium pizza on hand tossed multigrain crust, eaten over 2 dinners
Half of a cranberry muffin

Pretty sure that's it. If I forgot something, my ocd won't let me not write it in here. Haha.

I slept a lot today, probably because I don't eat enough. I dunno.

thanks alot. You better have cake! It's your birthday! I almost felt guilty, but then I was all "CAAAAAKE"... *sigh* now I gotta wait until next year! lol!

thank you :D. Not pigging out is easy for me. I have developed an issue with eating too little. I lost 8 pounds these last 4 days.. what IS going on?! lol..

foot long meatball sub (I was STARVING) from subway for lunch on 9 grain bread. (onions, green peppers, black olives) and another coffee with 3 sugars (drank less than half)

No dinner.... I hate it when I am so busy during the day, and since my fiance works graveyard, she isn't here. Either way, I didn't realise I hadn't eaten until about 9pm.. SIGH. I hate starving myself like this.
 
Swung a 60 lb hedger around all day at work today. My arms are rubbery haha.

:) my fiance made me some oatmeal (360 cals) and coffee in the morning with 3 sugars. Felt nice to eat something after skipping dinner.

I had some whole wheat pita bread and hummus, some split pea and ham soup (270 cals), a pear, and a few sips of earl grey tea for lunch.

I had some steamed broccoli, white rice (out of brown :( ), and chicken breast cooked in a honey, sriracha, and soy sauce mix for dinner. Very yummy.

A pear for a snack.

I literally only worked for 1 hour today, it was raining super hard, so we sat in the truck for.... 5 hours.. lol

Coffee with 3 sugars in the morning.

A 100% blueberry juice drink (160 cals), soy latte (210 cals), 8" turkey bacon guacamole sandwich (830 cals) for lunch.

Half cup of brown rice, some green beans, and a piece of meatloaf loaded with veggies for dinner. And a zero calorie vitamin water.
 
I really don't remember the exact things I ate during the weekend, but I am fairly certain I know in my head, and I am pretty good at counting calories.

I had roughly 2000 calories on saturday, and 3500 on sunday. Yeah, I pigged out on sunday haha.

This included some pieces of pizza on multigrain crust, subway, juices, pretzels, oatmeal, coffee, and some Disaronno. heh heh.

Today I had a coffee with 3 sugars in the morning.
some chicken and wild rice soup for lunch
1 taco for dinner, with lean beef, lettuce, greek yoghurt (great sub for sour cream), salsa, cheese
Misc: Can of arizona green tea (210 cals), and a 120 calorie vitamin water.
