What were your first noticeable results?
I'm sure everyone remembers that moment where they first looked in the mirror and said “yeah! its been completely worth it” or “wow I'm starting to look better.” or that time you realized you've doubled your bench since you started training. Maybe it was a friend that said you were looking better or loosing or gaining weight?
For me, I've only been lifting again for around 2 months after falling away for around a year. Today I just doubled my push ups, and though I'm sure no one else can see the difference, I can, and thats what matters
there's nothing like the feeling of hitting a milestone, no matter how small it might be!
