Its been 6 weeks sense i separated my right shoulder and it his pretty much healed, mostly. I can do every thing but any kind of press!!!! For example i snatched 225 twice yesterday with no problem and no pain. I also did my 5x5 hang cleans with no prob. Today i tried to bench press 30lb dumbbells and i felt like i was gonna pop my shoulder out again. The same with chest flys too.
