Thanks. I start about a months ago at 231 I got as low as 203 but put 11 pound back on and kinda of plateau so I revamping my strategies with a little help from this forum.

your menu is very healthy. as for getting up at 4.30am i dont think any food would consolidate that for me
im impressed haha :D
 
Your menu is good but it all seems to be the same thing every day. You would benefit from mixing up your routine a bit and getting other things in there.

Well done though, keep up the good eating! :)
