Do you really think there's a quick answer to that question?

Anyway, a solid place to start is listening to tenpercent. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Look it up. There are also tons of full body routines for beginners (i.e. 5x5), which I'm sure you can find somewhere in the bodybuilding or training sections here.

Can you explain further please

HIIT 3 days a week?
Full body routine 3 days?

As Ride On said. HIIT it interval cardio training. High intensity. Think sprints.
Use google.

Ful body routine = Weights. Plenty of good routines out there. Googel Homegrown Muscle series.

Train your arms twice as much as the rest of your body combined and don't eat enough.

If you want to build a decent body though, do what NBS suggested

lol...hopefully the OP doesn't take any of that to heart

Haha, well it wasn’t a picture of him so hopefully he has a thick enough skin to take a bit of banter.

Unfortunately, that guy has the kind of body most women are attracted to so I don’t blame the guy for wanting it, I just think it’s setting the bar too low to hold that as a target

Here are a couple of links you can look at :-

* Nutrition 101
* LV's Grocery List
* Weight Training 101
* Workout Routines you can choose one to start with

To build muscle and burn fat you need a combination of strength training (weight training) and cardio. You also need to get your nutrition in order. Building muscle unfortunately is not just about joining gold's gym & hitting the weights.

Hope this helps.
