Hi guys,
Today I stepped on the scale and I am the heaviest I have ever been. I am 14 pounds up since three months ago. I know some of you are thinking it is not a big deal but to me it is huge. I have always struggled with weight.
I am seriously thinking of starving myself. I feel so low and sad.
I have been very blessed this year however. I got married to the man of my dreams 7 months ago. I have beenso happy. We are trying to a baby. I removed my IUD 6 weeks ago. Im not sure if this is what is causing the weight gain. Maybe my hormones are all out of whack?
I have no motivation to work out and I feel so tired all the time.
I am so grateful I found these forums. I am glad I am not alone.
Here is to taking the first step.

with Steve. Relax, take a deep breath & work out a doable plan, (which does not include starving yourself). Let us know what a "usual" day's eating is & then what you think you might do to improve that. Tracking what you are eating is a very good idea. Most of us eat more than we think & exercise less than we think. You have come to a good place for moral support & there are many people in here with a lot of knowledge on exercise & nutrition. When you have time have a look around some of the "stickies" at the top of various sections of the forum. All the best Anne. You can do this. Cheers, Cate.
