hi..i'm a little desperate here...i've been doing the elliptical at full strength, 30 a day every day, and jogging 30 minutes a day about 3 times a week, also free weights for my upper body every day and crunches...i've been on a 1400 or less calorie diet with all nutritious food...no sodas or tea or coffee, just water and lots of it...it has been 4 and 1/2 weeks, i've lost a whopping 2 pounds....i am about to try the 600 calorie a day diet...i will gladly take any advice ....or suggestions....what am i doing wrong?????
