I'm going to be doing a full body workout 3 times a week. I also was going to do some aerobic classes those days as well, basically to get a good 45 min of cardio in-since I can only last 15min on a treadmill or elliptical.
My question is should I be doing weights before or after the classes? Also, should I even worry about the classes, or just stick to a cardio machine like the treadmill and just do what I can. I want to loose weight, and besides diet I know cardio is so important- but I hate it. So what are my choices?
