I am currently weight trainning. I am tall and slender, and cannot really afford to lose weight, only gain muscle mass. I eat a balanced diet with the right amount of calories, protein, and carbs for me. I weight train 3 times a week, which is about all i can fit in to my crazy life. I take one hip hop dance class a week which is great cardio and lots of fun, since i have studied dance for over 18 years. My question is everytime i go in to weight train do i need to do cardio as well? or do you think one cardio activity a week is enough, maybe 2?
