I have read various threads with mixed facts and information on what proteins and supplements to take for bulking, cutting, and when to take them in the day. There are also debates on how much to take and what to mix with what. I have almost no backround in any of this but i want to get involved with supplements so i thought this would be a good thread to channel all of these facts, maybe do a little research, and get a good thread going. Any of your results, opinions, or facts are greatly appreciated and i would love to contribute to this too to get everyone on the same page about protein and supplements. Thanks!
