Hope this is the correct portion of the forum. I have some minor shoulder pain in the left shoulder (right is fine), being 46 I expect some joint and tendon pain (actually it has been reletively minor considering my "balls to the wall" attitude). I currently take some flax seed (which is aides in some lubrication, among the fast other benefits of it). If theres an in balance, I cant find it, I have examined rest days, form in the weight room. When doing chest its fine, its mainly when I do military press (ala, shoulders). I warm up good, and strangely, when I do, 85% of it goes away. So go figure. But, when I cool down, it comes back with a vengeance. Maybe rest on MP's for a while? I currently do them about 6 days apart (this rest period seemed to agree with me, and strength gaines have been good: 160X1, 165X1, 170X1 or three sets, 5 to 8 rep range, the last workout). Any suggestions!
