Reviving a zombie thread. It's been a few years and weight has bounced back to 270 which is still down from my heaviest but need to get back on track. New year, new training plan, better diet. Here we go... again.
Good thinking! I think whoever is running our local (11 km away) crossfit is a bit of a fanatic as a friend who had been going, but no longer is, didn't think it was a good idea for me. She got very skinny & very obsessive but now seems to have everything back in balance. I'm glad your crossfit is better.Eating plan is to only eat things with an ingredient list I can pronounce. If it's processed, it's out..
