Another week, another weight loss goal, you guys are making progress!!!
I've been holding but have been stricter with diet. The only two rules I am following for the next two weeks are:
- Stick to clean diet (no cheat meals)
- 45 mins movement everyday
I netted out the month at 118.8lbs , which is only 2lbs down from my starting weight.
However, my health is a roller coaster and we have been in lockdown so I'm happy to be moving at least in the right direction.
