down to 192.5 this morning. I think it took me a long while to reach here. And I think I have sort of reached a point where it will be harder to lose more weight. Not stopping and moving forward.


How did you all do ? Phat and Melnee and full moon ? Any progress ?
 
AManaged to lose another 2 pounds so I'm now 226 pounds. I got. Another 56 ounds to lose before next years may for my prom. This is going to be hard but I'll try my best with all your support. How much did you lose deestweets and don't give up how much else do you want to lose? How was everyone elses week?
 
Hi I did weigh in on monday. I've lost 5.25 lbs. Of course this is my first week on the diet so I did pretty good starting out. Hoping to keep it at 2-3 lbs a week until I reach my goal..

I tried an eggplant parmagiana today. I was very surprised. I liked it!!!
 
thats good. The point is to make progress. I need to lose 30 pounds. Working on it. Hoping next monday I should ahve 3 more pounds down.

Hi - I'm new today having reached the conclusion that I desperately need to do something to regain some of my old self. I decided to join the community because I think I'm fairly comfortable with what I need to eat, it's just sticking to it that's the problem and I think I need the support of others to do it. Reading this thread made me feel like I can manage to do this too. In total, I need to lose about 3.5 stone. This morning, I feel like I'm at the bottom of a very steep hill but I'm quite excited too.
 
Welcome MrsT. We are all here to support. We weigh in every monday and track our progress. Our goal here is very small and not drastic. We are aiming at losing 3-4 pounds a week which we think we can achieve. We just follow the principle to eat right and do the work outs we can. Good luck and welcome again


I have not asked anyone this before in this thread but is anyone out there on any kind of diet pills ? Just to know ..
 
Thanks Deetsweets! Nice to meet you :) I think I shall aim for 3lbs a week and weighing on a Monday will help me to keep on track for the weekend which is usually a bad time for me. I've managed to stay on track - snacked a bit but only on "healthy" stuff. Feeling much better already to have made a start. Enjoy your weekend!

crymlyn... 15 kgs is approx 30 pounds and thats what we are all aiming at. You can track your progress in kgs if you like to. Instead of 3-4 pounds you can say 1-2 kgs :). We are all here for the same goal of losing weight. The units of measurement is not what matters. Good luck and see you monday to track the progress. Welcome again

I'm weighing in a couple times a week. so i weighed today lost another 2.1 lbs. :jump: so total since I started on 9/26 is - 7.75. I'm feeling so confident I can lose the 38 lbs I need to get rid of.

Hello all and Monday is here again. I just weighed myself this morning and I am down 2.5 pounds. 190 now. I have to reach 170. 20 more pounds to go. Like I said before I have reached a point where it is getting harder to lose weight. But I am going to continue.


How about you guys ? did you all make progress ??
 
Hi all - I only started on Friday and had several social occasions over the weekend - however, I managed not to blow it entirely and found to my delight that I'd lost 1.5lbs. Aiming for the 3lbs next week - only another 47.5 to go..... Feeling positive though - it's a relief to be doing something positive :)
 
Thats good Mrs T that inspite of your social occassions you managed to reach 50% of what you planned to lose. That means this week you are going to make it all. Good luck and keep going. Waiting to hear from others

I also want a weight.loss buddy.

I am 69 years old, male, and, for now, I'd Ike to lose 10-12 pounds....and KEEP them off!

AHey, I love the idea of having a weight loss buddy! I currently weigh 196lb and am 5"3 looking to lose around 50lb, and need that extra help to help motivate and help me do this also looking to help people do this!
