Just wondered what everyones opinions were on them?
I never used to use them but I got troubled with sore hands and hard skin.
I was told recently that if you trained with gloves that you would end up with weak hands on a strong body.
The gym I go to does not have any chalk.
they just stop the bar slipping.
aka, make your grip stronger. Only use them when your grip is your limiting factor on a lift.
Tough and ugly callouses? I thought they had a 'cool' factor too!
lmaoI only use gloves when I'm ripping phonebooks in half with my eyeballs.
