I am about to dicover if TOM affects my weight or not. Haven't had it for a year (due to baby!). I don't ever remember getting bloated, or pants not fitting during that time before, so we'll see if there's a difference today.

I really need to exercise. I'm scrapbooking, which usually means sitting on my butt all day. I'm trying to get up and walk around the hall a few times every hour, but it's not the same as a good cardio workout:(
 
Well, I didn't do too bad...I've lost 1.6 pounds since last Monday, so all that sitting, etc. didn't affect me. Yay!
