Hey y'all! How's it going today? It's getting on towards dinner time for most of you.... you get in some cardio and keep your portions normal? I'm getting ready to go to the store and get another week's worth of food. I think I'm going to go with 3 days of fish, 3 of chicken and one of red meat. Probably salmon, tilapia, and catfish for the fish, and maybe flank steak for the meat so I can make fajitas.
Let's keep it up though, first weigh in is on Sunday and I want to get off to a resounding #1
Oh, and does anyone watch the Biggest Loser? I still have about 10 hours until it comes on here, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE that show. Maybe we should all watch it (if you want) to keep motivated... Lord knows it helps me.
