Hi RNW - hope you got everything straightened out at home - we missed you last week but we managed to keep track of each other I think. I fell off the wagon too last week so you werent alone - hopefully this week will go better. Lets rock those scales - lol ;)
 
I'm in. I need the motivation. I've splurged a lot this weekend. :(

Are we doing the same as last week?

I think we should do some exercise challenges. Like push-ups, crunches, etc...
 
cool Bella - So how much exercise would be a challenge? Any at all would be a challenge for me - lol. I binged all weekend so I've been avoiding the scale. I will weigh-in monday morning tho.

Hey I am in my start wt is 163.

Lets see how it goes this week. Been awesome this weekend worked out stuck to my diet....I CAN AND I WILL DO IT. :cool:
 
I'm in again this week. Hopefully I do better than last. I took Maddy (7 month old daughter) for a walk just now. Honestly I hate the stroller plus we live in an appt. complex so just to get out of there it's a mile then it's just the town and nothing to look at. I wish we actually had a destination or something to look at besides Long John Silvers and McDonalds, lol.

Anyways, that was my first exercise in a LONG TIME!! I am so lazy, I hate to exercise. But it got me thinking about what a challenge can be for one day this week.

To take a walk/bike ride with the family.

great idea nenarene - getting my family to do any sort of exercise with me is ALWAYS a challenge - lol!!!
 
Starting weight at.....

182.4 lbs.....Well at least I haven't gained any weight. I am sorta stuck though. I have confidence that I will lose some weight though. Good luck all....

What exactly is the challenge? I think the exercise challenge was a good idea. Maybe we can set a number for crunches and pushups for the week. Just a thought!

My starting weight is 179.4.
 
We never did figure out a challenge for today, did we? :p Hurry! Somebody think of something! :p

Anywho, my starting weight for this is 191 pounds. Looking to get below 189 by Friday!

Tues=1 Hour Cardio
Weds=most Water Drank And No Soft Drinks Regular Or Diet
Thurs=most Vegetables And Fruit Ate
Friday=who Walks The Most Miles
 
Sorry. I didn't have time to post my weight b/f work. I weighed in at 214. I didn't have good weekend :( I'll do better this week.
