Yeah week one is done. And I lost three pounds. My goal was accomplished. I sarted of at 218 and now I am 215. I know it is not alot but if I am consistent till I reach my goal that is all I am worried about. My goal for this week is 3 more lbs. I know it will not be hard. I can do this. If I stay on this path I hope to reach 160 by New Years!!! Thats 51 pounds in 4 months. Excersicing just 2 x a week right now but after next week I will bump it up to 3 x a week and slow done on the sweets a bit. When I lose all my 103 pounds I will post a before and after pic.
These are my measurements as of today august 24th 2009 Monday:
