I have a push/pull split that i do MWF. This means that the workout im doing on wednesdays has not been done since the previous friday. This is a 5 day rest.
I notice i never seem to be able to finish my last set completely on wednesdays, even if i had finished the previous friday.
Is it because there is too long a break between Friday and Wednesday? I still seem to be increasing weight overall. It's just kinda weird that wednesdays start feeling like weaker days.
Any ideas?
