Weaker on Wednesdays

I have a push/pull split that i do MWF. This means that the workout im doing on wednesdays has not been done since the previous friday. This is a 5 day rest.

I notice i never seem to be able to finish my last set completely on wednesdays, even if i had finished the previous friday.

Is it because there is too long a break between Friday and Wednesday? I still seem to be increasing weight overall. It's just kinda weird that wednesdays start feeling like weaker days.

Any ideas?
 
Do you work on tuesday night or something. When you were at school did you have a mid week slump? Other wise Im with mreik.
 
no workout on tuesday other than cardio. Like i said, overall I'm still increasing on weight gradually so its no big deal. It just made me wonder is all.

mental, or diet. are you eating right on Tuesday and wednesday morning? are you getting enough sleep tuesday night?

same time working out on wednesday compared to friday?
 
yes everything is consistent. I guess ill just write it off as mental since it really could be any of 1000 different things. overall im making progress so its not an issue really. just made me wonder
