Weaker arm

Whenever I lift weights I notice that my left arm is significantly weaker than my right arm. I know this occurs often but what do you guys suggest I should do about it

Do exercises that involve dumbells instead of a barbell. This means that both arms are lifting on their own, and so the weaker arm can't rely on the stronger one to raise something like a barbell. If you do this and train each arm with the same number of reps and same weight (eg. until the weaker arm fails) then eventually they will even out.
