Well I've been thinking about my goals and such I'm not starting anything til tom goes away tho but I just feel horrible!! Ugh..
But that should be in a couple days.. Well first I'll start with the guidelines for my plan..
Cut out the junk.. I haven't been eating a lot of junk I'm always pretty proud of myself but I need to get any that I do eat out.
Cut down on the soft drinks.. I'll have a no more that one diet coke a day if that I'll try to start subbing it for coffee because I need it for the boost.
I'm going to start eating more! I usually only eat one meal a day and that's usually went I get off work at 11pm.. that's not good for my body but I'm a waitress and after I work around food all day I want nothing to do with it. At least 3 meals a days and a couple healthy snacks..
I'm going to try and eat a bigger breakfast, normal lunch, and lighter supper so my body has more time to digest food..
More fruits and veggies!! I haven't been eating any of them and that needs to change!!
LOTS OF EXERCISE!! I'm going to try to start exercising in the morning and at night. And since I'm trying to quit smoking I'm going to do something physical every time I start wanting a cigarette.
And no eating after 9pm..
Try to get 8 hours of sleep a night also my body never gets it's rest!
Hmm.. that's all I can think of for the moment but there's a few
Goals
First will be to get to 220lbs as soon as possible!! I'm going to push myself to get the first 20+lbs off so I won't give up again!!
Next mini goal will be to get to 199lbs which is one of everyones goals in the 200lb+ range but I'll let that come off as it does I'm not gonna push myself so hard bc I want a nice slow healthy weightloss so it will be least likely to come back!!
185lbs is the next goal and then I will set new mini goals.
Well thats the guidelines I've thought out so far but I'm hanging around the site and reading stories to get more motivation while I wait for tom to leave so I can start when I'm not doubled over in pain..
