Well today eating has been bad not horrible but not good meals were good but I did a lot of snacking on valentine's candy that I couldn't eat during the challenge I think I need to throw it away so I don't eat it anymore.. lol and no exercise I'm going to give myself a pep talk this week and refocus and remember what I'm doing this for so I don't go down the wrong path again.. anyways gotta go need to study a bit before bed
