"We can't become what we need by remaining what we are"

Well today eating has been bad not horrible but not good meals were good but I did a lot of snacking on valentine's candy that I couldn't eat during the challenge I think I need to throw it away so I don't eat it anymore.. lol and no exercise I'm going to give myself a pep talk this week and refocus and remember what I'm doing this for so I don't go down the wrong path again.. anyways gotta go need to study a bit before bed

Sorry I havent been in here for a while. I gotta get you goin again! I have been going up and down for 10 years so I can relate. But not this time. I am not doing that to myself any more. I agree on ditching the candy...Think of the mental victory that will give you. That would have been really hard for the old me. The old me would dig all around in the bottom of the fast food sack to make sure I didnt miss one fry that might have fallen out. Not the new me. I havent had a french fry since Oct.

Yes I'm always up and down 5lbs but I want to be down 75lbs!! I once I get to the 220s I'll want to hang on and not let it go.. it's just getting there thats hard.. I think my problem is too much sodium and not enough exercise bc I'm eating healthy and I haven't gained any inches back either.. I just need to get past the first 10lbs and it will get better!! And I still haven't tossed the candy I did give my little brothers some of it tho.. I need to just bite the bullet I guess.. anyways thanks for stopping by.. :)

Oh I'll be there for the challenges no worries.. Life is just crazy right now.. school, grades, tests, needing more work, more money, life is problem.. or life's little challenges is what's getting in the way.. I need to overcome my problems or just find a better way to deal and I think my motivation will be back 100%!! When life gets crazy I tend to let other important things like eating healthy and exercising slip... Thanks for being there Relly!! :grouphug:
 
My pointer, LOL...I laugh cuz it is me telling you this...You need to learn how to deal with your stress...Stress is a killer and I think it has been my biggest down fall for a long time...

I meditate and I do yog and this has been working for me...I know you tai chi but maybe look into some yoga or somethign would be worth a shot.

Okay here is what I need you to do for me. I need you to promise me that you will do good for 3 days in a row. No cheating no candy Just hard work and clean livin for 3 little days. Then you will be back on track and refocused and you wont have to promise me for the next 3 days cause then you will do it for yourself.

You could lie about it but I can tell from all your posts that you are not that kind of person.
So how bout it my friend? You would do this for me if I was struggling wouldnt you?
I am not trying to come down on you but I sense a little slip in your determination and that has happened to me sooo many times in the past. Dont let all the crap life throws at you derail you girl. You can do this. You can bust 220 and you can bust 200! Come on little sister!
 
Ok Brawny your on!! I promise you starting tomorrow (bc today has been horrible I went to Mcdonalds for the first time in a long time :( ) But tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday I will do everything perfect and get my exercise kicked back up!! And after that I should be on top of things again!! Thank so you much Brawny!!! :)

Cassy told me this in the challenge thread, I will go give you link after I link it and try it:)

you need to download a BitTorent client, I use this one µTorrent - The Lightweight and Efficient BitTorrent Client.
then you can either google "(name of dvd,song,cd etc.) torrent". or you can just go to a specific torrent web site like Torrents Search Engine
OR another site by typing in torrents in google and picking one.
then you put the title in their search bar and you'll get a list. try to find one that best matches your search and is in the right format (it will say something like movie, DVD or tutorial beside the title)
click on the title it will bring you to the download page just click "DOWNLOAD THIS TORRENT"
your bit torrent client should automatically pop up and ask you to start the download.
Once the download is finished you just have to open the containing file and play it.
If you have any trouble just let me know

Thanks for the info Relly but I'm on a dail up connection and downloading anything off like takes a really long time.. a song takes about an hour.. :( and steaming anything live to my computer is just outta the question.. I'm sure I can find a cheap dvd somewhere

Today has been great!! Eating has been under control unlike the past 3 days.. and I still have to eat supper but about to do that. So quick post but I'll check back in later! :)

Well I finished the day great!! But no exercised bc after supper my cousin who's more then 8 months prego called and wanted to do something and we're trying to get as much going out as we can before the baby's born.. We just ended up riding around for like 4 hours and through about 5 or 6 counties but it was fun. But I have the eating on track for now I just have to get the exercise back up..

I've been SOO tired lately.. ugh.. Idk what's wrong w me.. Wondering if my thyroid meds my need to be upped or something else.. My doctor is also putting me on high blood pressure med!! UGH I'm only 22 this scares me a little.. And she said my weight could be a factor but considering my age she's not sure if it is. So she's putting me on it for 2 weeks and I have to take my BP everyday while I'm on it and see if it gets better and go talk to her afterwards.. She doesn't know if it's hypertension or high BP bc of stress.. So hopefully we can figure it out.. I took my BP for the last 2 weeks everyday and I noticed when I wasn't doing anything that day or if I just had to work it was in normal ranges but when I get school it was up and when I had test it was through the roof.. So it could be high BP or it could be anxiety... So hopefully I'll get that figured out soon bc it stresses me out!!!

Anyways I need to get off here I have to be up in 6 hours to go to work.. Night all!!
 
Well eating has been good today too!! But still no exercise!! I need to get remotivated and get the exercised started again!! Maybe tomorrow I'm just so tired.. I hate it.. Anyways I'm thinking about going to bed I'm drained..
