"We can't become what we need by remaining what we are"

Definitely going for more!! I don't know about double but planning on at least an hour a day for the next 3 days.. but today is my day off.. So double is definitely possible!!
 
Well today was LONG!!! I didn't sleep last night.. ugh I'm tired.. but I managed to eat right not great but I might my guidelines.. Just been up for like 36 hours and my body doesn't want food it wants lots of SLEEP!!

Breakfast: Banana
Lunch/Supper: Salad (not a lot of healthy food varies) but it was a big one


I won't be having supper bc I'm going to bed!! I'm very tired after no sleep after a very long day!! And No workout tonight either! I can take a day off I'll be back on top of things tomoro!!! But hope everyone is rocking it!!

So good so far today!

Food Intake:

Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Ziti and Meat sauce (healthy choice meal) cal 340 and fat 6 I think thats good and a piece of garlic bread (homemade with slice a wheat a couple drops of I can't believe it's not butter and garilic powder) and light yogurt... I'm still full from that..
Supper: I tried the new all natural pizza hut but only after checking the nutritional information online and I thought it seemed healthy but I only had one slice and a salad to full me up and resisted the cheesestick (my favorite) and the cookiecake... proud of myself

Exercise: About to get on the treadmill and walk while I watch a movie.. check in later

Did 2 hours a little over 4 and half miles on the treadmill tonight... Still didn't do JM dvd I'm exhausted from my brisk walk and I know I'm going to be sore tomorrow.. Let's hope its not too bad!! So I can kick butt with exercise tomorrow!! and I got my belly dancing dvd.. it has 4 dvds in it.. different styles of belly dancing I guss I'll find out tomorrow I plan on doing a couple!!

And tomorrow is my last day before school starts tomorrow (tear) I'm not ready for it to start back.. but I have to get finished so I can get my job one day!.. Anyways I'm off to bed I'm actually tired at 230 this never happens.. lol night all!! 2 days left in week 1 give one hang in there!!!!

About to watch another movie and get on the treadmill
Didn't do belly dancing or shred I've been slacking on the shred but it was my last week b4 school started back so i wanted to be a little bit lazy lol
 
Good for you with all tha ttreadmill work:)! That is totally awesome , I hate the treadmill and have to push myself to use it...Im planning on using it for the couch to 5k till the snow disappears around hear
 
Well I did 2 hours on the treadmill again tonight.. I didn't want too but i made myself do it and i feel much better now!! anyways short post but i have to be up at 630 to get ready for school so ill check back in tomorrow! night all
 
Well todays update

I did awesome with eating! Especially since I was busy and that's when I tend to do what's easy but didn't today!

Breakfast: Special K with a sliced banana
Lunch: Turkey sandwich and baked lays and light yogurt
Snack: Granola bar

Planning on walking on the treadmill again tonight and I'll probably take tomorrow off but want to get a good work out before tomorrows weigh-in.. I hope I got a couple pounds off!!

Well first day but to school was long! I have one class thats 6 hours long!! Wow but we're usually up and moving thankfully.. anyways I'll update more later!
 
2 hours on the treadmill. That's so good. What speed are you doing?

Not too fast... starting at 2.0 and slowly increasing my speed to 3.0 as I go.. I usually end up going 3.0 for like the last 30 mins.. but hopefully I'll be able to go 3.0+ the whole 2 hours soon!!

Lost 3.8 lbs woot woot!!

Inches lost:

Bust: -2 in
Waist: -1 in
Stomach: -1.5 in
Hips: -1 in
Thighs: -.5 in
R. Leg: -1 in
L. Leg: -1 in

Total Inches Lost:

8 inches!! YAY!!

Well talk about it later.. I have to get ready for school.. HOPE EVERYONE HAD AWESOME RESULTS THIS WEEK!!!
