Ok well i am gonna post some crap about what i eat and do. Ill post what has happened so far this week.
Monday
6:45am Played half an hour of basketball then did 20 minuets on the stationary bike, switching levels from moderate to all out, i was dead after that
Breakfast. 1/3rd avocado, 1/4 sweet onion, few ounces of carrots, one thin slice to deli turkey breast a little broccoli. Mix that together, then made southwest egg beaters and ate it like a omelet.
Lunch- Cottage cheese and an apple
few hours after lunch- Protein shake
Friend Called, so i played b ball for another 45 and hot tubbed and sauna
Dinner- One portion of a cooked chicken breast
Banana before bed, had about 10 cups of water throughout the day
Tuesday
Breakfast--1/3rd avocado, 1/4 sweet onion, few ounces of carrots, one thin slice to deli turkey breast a little broccoli. Mix that together, then made southwest egg beaters and ate it like a omelet.
Then i ate 9 lindor Truffles which was 640 cals with all of the fat for the day, this got me down so i did not want to eat much more
rest of day, Cup and a half of 1 percent milk, one cup of cheerios
Dessert- 3/4 cup plain yogurt with some Cinnamon
I did an hour long upper body workout which left my arms dead, i could not lift them, almost crashed on the way home.
Today...
Woke up late, so i am done eating for the day and have had
2 bowls of salad with about 135 cals worth of ranch total.
Apple, Orange, Toasted two pieces of bread, reasonable amount of deli turkey breast, 1/3 of an avocado, sparing amount of cheese limited mayo. Made that into a sandwich.
I also did 45 minuets of b-ball and a 20 minuet run
